Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be full of surprises, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, to ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, I do require the following:
Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your time slot to other clients.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Exceptions: I understand that emergencies occur. If you have a special circumstance, please contact me directly to discuss your situation.
